PROCESSING TIME

 All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.

 LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window:

2. Contact your local post office or customs office.
